A CENTURY OF ARCHITECTURE

Led since 2017 by a new team of partners, Planta Architectes has a history dating back more than a century. It is like a building constructed and reworked by several generations of builders, each contributing their own stone and style.

Solid foundations dating back to 1910. An initial redevelopment in 1948 to support its activities as architects, civil engineers, and project managers. A radical transformation in 1966 to focus exclusively on architecture. And finally, a new transformation in 1998 to perpetuate the activities of our firm, which became a public limited company.

Several changes over time, but always accompanied by the same concern for continuity. Each partner has collaborated and earned their stripes as an architect within the firm.

François de Planta, Caroline Chaix, Johann Leresche, and Stéphane Chambat currently manage the firm.
