Café des Négociants

In an authentic and welcoming setting reminiscent of the traditional Lyonnais bouchons, Café des Négociants welcomes guests from Tuesday to Saturday in the heart of Old Carouge. Clean design, vintage advertisements, and an original zinc counter create a refined yet understated atmosphere. In summer, the terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the lively charm of this district with its distinctly Sardinian character.

A true institution, Café des Négociants offers refined traditional cuisine. The escargot casserole, pan-fried frog legs with parsley, and the famous Carouge-style entrecôte have built the restaurant’s reputation. A beautiful menu, seasonal specials, and a wine cellar featuring more than 100 references complete the experience.
