The Büel also rents out 24 retirement apartments, twelve 2 1/2 and 3 1/2 room apartments each.

The tenants of the modern new apartments can benefit from the services of the Büel retirement center. They can reach the retirement center through the ground-floor connection between the two buildings.

The Büel has an open atmosphere, which is further emphasized by the public restaurant. Whether it's a fine lunch, a birthday party, a general meeting or any other occasion - the Büel is delighted that our guests "experience joy".

Keep fit with the Büel's FITplus fitness and exercise center. The modern infrastructure and professional advice are available to everyone. The public center is certified with the 3-star fitness classification and most health insurance companies pay a contribution to the annual and half-yearly subscriptions.
