The Büel also rents out 24 retirement apartments, twelve 2 1/2 and 3 1/2 room apartments each.

Keep fit with the Büel's FITplus fitness and exercise center. The modern infrastructure and professional advice are available to everyone. The public center is certified with the 3-star fitness classification and most health insurance companies pay a contribution to the annual and half-yearly subscriptions.
