THE LIEBSCHER AND BRACHT METHOD
The method was developed by Roland Liebscher (pictured) and his wife Dr. Petra Bracht over the course of the last 30 years.
The technique is an acute manual therapeutic measure (osteopressure). It involves applying pressure to specific pain receptors in the periosteum. This creates feedback to the brain via the bones. The brain deletes old movement patterns and then instructs the muscles and fascia to relax. In this way, fascial tension can be normalized quickly and effectively. The body relaxes and the symptoms subside. This also includes regular bottleneck stretching and fascia roll massage.
