Craniosacral therapy is suitable for all ages. Craniosacral therapy supports the body's ability to balance, recover, and heal itself, as well as reduce stress.

With gentle treatment, we can release tension and relieve pain and dysfunction.
Adults may experience headaches, back pain, or any restriction in movement due to prolonged sitting, sports injuries, trauma, or accidents.

Craniosacral therapy for children

In young children, difficulties during birth can cause problems, as great forces act on the neck and head area during delivery. This leads to many babies having misshapen heads. Normally, this settles down within a few days, but if the process is not completed, the baby may complain of discomfort. The treatment helps restless babies or those who have difficulty sleeping.
The treatment facilitates relaxation and relieves stress in the body.
If the baby cries constantly, is irritable, or has cramps, they could benefit from the treatment.
Behavioral problems in children, such as not sitting still, difficulty concentrating, and outbursts, can also be treated. Schoolchildren complain of headaches, back pain from sitting for long periods, and difficulty learning and concentrating.
