We are a family-run business that has been operating nationwide since 1950. We raise and market trout and char in their various aspects: Live, gutted and filleted. We distribute our various products throughout Switzerland.

Our fish are produced in Belp in the canton of Bern. Our fish farm is supplied with water by the Giesse river. Beautiful water is essential for growing fish, and we respect the environment, as the image of our profession and of trout in particular depends on it.

Our packaging laboratory is located in the heart of the company.

Our conditioning laboratory is located at our company headquarters in Chamby sur Montreux. The fish processed here arrive live from Belp and are stocked in the ponds of our fish farms in Cornaux and Brent. These are supplied with water by various springs emerging at 200 meters.

We guarantee impeccable quality and freshness, as our fish are processed a maximum of 24 hours before delivery by our own refrigerated vehicles.

Production

We produce our rainbow trout in Belp and our fingerlings come from Denmark. It is fed by a river whose course is entirely in forest from its source. Probes constantly monitor and record oxygen values and warn the fish farmer of any shortages.
