Hello and welcome!

I am Sandrine, passionate about craftsmanship and local know-how. Based in Sommentier, in the canton of Fribourg, I began my adventure as a baker and pastry chef in my own kitchen. Very quickly, the enthusiasm for my homemade products pushed me to set up a laboratory, then to launch myself on the markets in 2008. In 2010, I took a new step by transforming a small space into a real store dedicated to artisanal products.

Today, I am proud to offer you a selection of quality products, derived from local know-how and made with passion. You will find food and craft products in my store, such as:
