The Fromagerie de Chesalles-sur-Oron has been established in the village for decades. It was in 2010 that graduate cheesemaker David Dumas took it over, to finally realize the project of being independent and having his own business, after having cut his teeth with various recognized confrères.

Renowned for the quality of its products, the cheese dairy is supplied exclusively with milk from the region (via a cooperative). Twice-daily deliveries enable us to always work with extremely fresh milk, a guarantee of the excellence of our cheeses. 

Restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries and other professionals in the region trust our tasty products to delight their customers' palates! We deliver at their convenience.

We also offer direct sales to private customers: on site in our store, where you'll also find other local products from local producers (wine, dried meat, meringue, pie...), or thanks to our vending machine which offers you cheese specialities from the Fromagerie de Chesalles-sur-Oron (fondue, raclette, gruyère...) 24 hours a day.
