In our laboratory in Charmey, we produce a fine range of artisan breads, pastries and local specialities every day.
For special occasions and special occasions, you'll find (to order): mini-sandwiches, savoury puff pastries, surprise bread, surprise tortoise, as well as ice-cream vacherins and fruit tarts.
