Our company is a cooperative that manages buildings in the private and subsidized sectors on behalf of various owners, such as real estate companies, condominium associations, pension funds, municipalities, cooperatives, etc.

Given the requirements of its clients and its turnover, our company can boast that it has never solicited a management mandate from competitors in the industry. In fact, almost all of the real estate currently managed by COGERIM was built under its responsibility, at the request of owners or developers.

When developing construction projects, COGERIM's expertise enables it to very quickly determine the cost price and gross return on a project. If the project is carried out, close collaboration with qualified construction professionals such as architects and engineers ensures significant added value in its monitoring.

It should be noted that COGERIM's management team are members of the Geneva Professional Association of Property Managers and Brokers (A.P.G.C.I.) and adhere to the profession's code of ethics. We also have two qualified property managers and brokers among our staff.

1972 - Foundation of the management company

COGERIM was founded in April 1972 with the aim of professionally managing the properties of a housing cooperative.

Given the quality of its work and its efficiency, several external clients have enlisted its services. COGERIM has continued to prosper and prove its capabilities, with the result that numerous joint institutions, particularly in Geneva but also in French-speaking Switzerland, have entrusted it with the management of their real estate portfolios.

In addition to property management, over the years COGERIM has specialized in the promotion and construction of buildings as a manager and general contractor: one example is the Cité d'Avanchet-Parc, where COGERIM continued to manage all the buildings under its central management after construction was completed.

Our company started out with just two employees, but now employs 70 people.
