With our motto "simple, honest, and good," we look forward to welcoming you. At the Gilde Restaurant, we'll spoil you with Swiss and Graubünden cuisine from the past and present, presented freshly and boldly, accompanied by classics from nouvelle cuisine. Wherever possible, we use products from our region or Switzerland in our creations. Tradition, regionality, classics, and the modern are skillfully combined here.
