Group energy
If you enjoy sharing group energy and want to improve your technique while working on your body awareness and developing your ability to string exercises together, group classes are for you.
With between 1 and 10 participants, group Pilates classes last 1 hour in the morning and evening and 45 minutes between 12pm and 2pm.
Tailor-made
A private or semi-private class (2 people) is a tailor-made class where you work on the parts of your body that you want to strengthen.Targeted exercises, tailored to your needs and performed regularly, will give you fast and visible results. Perfectly suited to your desires, these classes with friends or family are an opportunity to focus solely on how you feel and your progress, while receiving my full attention.
Private and semi-private classes last 1 hour.
Greater precision
The Reformer is the oldest Pilates machine. It allows you to perform more than 130 different exercises, which we look forward to teaching you. This fantastic machine allows you to work more deeply and with greater precision. Complementing Pilates mat classes, Reformer classes will allow you to experience new sensations to improve your strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
Private and semi-private Reformer classes last 1 hour.
Regain and maintain flexibility
With age, the body becomes more fragile and moving becomes more difficult. Pilates helps you regain and maintain your body's flexibility.
Muscle strengthening significantly improves mobility, balance, and coordination, and above all reduces the risk of falls. Physical activities performed gently and mindfully are perfectly suited to seniors. During rehabilitation, Pilates allows you to maintain an activity adapted to your physical condition, supporting the body on the path to recovery.

Better posture for life
Between the ages of 12 and 16, the adolescent's spine needs to be closely monitored. Why? Because the cartilage and discs are constantly changing to accommodate the different phases of this physical development. Added to this are lifestyle habits, such as frequent use of screens (computers, tablets, smartphones) where the back is bent, carrying backpacks that are sometimes very heavy and strain the back muscles, etc.
Through Pilates classes, teenagers will learn the right reflexes and movements to improve their body awareness. This is an investment in this transitional period that will help them maintain excellent posture throughout their lives.
