After a professional career in the world of basketball, allowing me to discover many cities and countries, meet many different people and understand how my body works, I naturally turned to a second life as a sports coach. Based in Geneva, Switzerland, I offer you personalized coaching, respecting your needs, your body, your limits and your objectives - which, I have no doubt, will be successfully met and surpassed. My background enables me to adapt my exercises to suit you: whether you're a top-level athlete, an amateur or want to take control of your body, I'll listen to your desires and your body (objective). I'm a qualified personal trainer, lifeguard and nutritionist. My skills offer a complete panorama in the field of health: from physical preparation to nutrition and massage sessions. I'm also the founder of Challenge Body Street, a bootcamp that takes place in various parks in the Geneva area where you'll have the opportunity to train in a group to motivate yourself; all accompanied by a nutritional program.
