After a professional career in basketball, which allowed me to discover many cities and countries, meet many different people, and understand how my body works, I naturally moved on to a second career as a sports coach. Based in Geneva, Switzerland, I offer personalized support that respects your needs, your body, your limits, and your goals—which I have no doubt will be successfully achieved and exceeded. My background allows me to tailor my exercises: whether you are a high-level athlete, an amateur sportsman, or simply want to take control of your body, I will listen to your desires and your body (goal). I hold degrees in personal training, lifeguarding, and nutrition. My skills offer a comprehensive overview of the field of health: from physical training to nutrition and massage sessions. I am also the founder of Challenge Body Street, a boot camp that takes place in various parks in the Geneva region, where you will have the opportunity to train in a group for motivation, accompanied by a nutritional program.
