A massage therapist, reflexologist, and trainer since 1989, I work in two areas: individual treatments (sports and therapeutic massage, as well as foot reflexology) and massage training.
For individual therapies, I offer:
- Abdominal massage; Adamski method for reducing digestive problems
- Sports massage: for recovery after exercise, reducing fatigue time, etc.
- Therapeutic massage: deep muscle massage (searching for muscle tension) to relieve your back or legs
- Circulatory leg massage: to run like a gazelle with legs as light as they are relaxed...
- Therapeutic foot reflexology: to restore homeostasis (the body's overall balance) or work on a specific condition using a precise map that reproduces the entire body under your feet...
- Minute Seated Massage: Joël Savatofski's method, which allows you to relax your back in 20 minutes (with or without massage oil). Performed on an ergonomic chair.
The training courses are open to everyone, with no prerequisites:
- Sports massage course: learn how to massage before and after exercise, and gain knowledge of common sports injuries and what to do in the field...
- Back massage course (advanced): learn to feel and release all the muscle tension in the back. The course focuses on the sensation we have at our fingertips when we feel all the muscles in detail. This highly personalized massage will be adapted to each person being massaged by using body weight rather than force. I guarantee immediate success for your clients, where you will have "eyes at your fingertips"...
- Strapping course: learning how to use "white" bandages to treat injured athletes in the field. We will look at bandages for ligament, tendon, and muscle strain injuries. This course is ideal for all massage therapists, sports coaches, hikers, mountain guides, trail runners, and anyone interested in emergency care for athletes...
- Taping course: these are "colored" bandages that drain and activate blood and lymphatic circulation to speed up the healing of sports injuries and relieve various muscle aches.
- Palpatory anatomy course: you will learn to feel all the "surface" muscles, locate them, and understand their attachments and functions in movement. This course is ideal for all professional or amateur massage therapists who want to know "what they have under their fingers"... A practical, lively, and fun method that allows you to directly apply this knowledge to your practice.
- Muscle, visceral, and reflex tissue rebounding course: these ancestral techniques allow you to relax muscles, fascia, and tendons in order to restore full mobility to the human body.
- Course on "How to improve your clients' digestive system": this course combines abdominal massage and foot reflexology of the digestive system. No prerequisites are necessary for this course.
- Course on "How to improve your clients' circulatory system": this course combines circulatory massage of the legs with foot reflexology of the circulatory and lymphatic systems. No prerequisites are necessary for this course.
- Course: "How to improve your clients' respiratory system": this course combines massage of the respiratory muscles (diaphragm, inspiratory and expiratory muscles) with foot reflexology for the respiratory and ENT systems. No prerequisites are necessary for this course.
- Spironess Breathing School: created by Florence Villien (Doctor of Physiology of Breathing in Extreme Conditions), these breathing techniques work to improve stress levels as well as your athletic performance (endurance and power) and intellectual and cognitive abilities. We travel to companies and offer customized courses.
