Promoviande was founded in 2004 by Mr. Michel Pahud and taken over in 2023 by Mr. Bolens, who brought his expertise in mountain ham production to Promoviande.

At Promoviande, you must enter the cold room to choose your meat. You can also place an order.

Our specialties: ham, fondue chinoise, fondue bourguignonne, fondue bressane, fondue chavornette, charbonnade, cabbage sausage, roasting sausage, tartare, grilled meats, beef, horse meat, pork, turkey, chicken, lamb, prepared or in pieces.

To complete your basket, we also offer sauces, dairy products, spices, local fruits and vegetables, groceries, and bread.
