Promoviande was created in 2004 by Mr Michel Pahud, and taken over in 2023 by Mr Bolens who brought to Promoviande his know-how in the production of Jambon de montagne.

At Promoviande you must enter the cold room in order to choose your meat. You can also place an order.

Our specialties: Jambon, Fondue Chinoise, Bourguignonne, Bressane, Chavornette, Charbonnade, cabbage sausage, roast sausage, tartar, grill, beef, horsemeat, pork, turkey, chicken, lamb prepared or in pieces.

To complete your basket, sauces, dairy products, spices, local fruits and vegetables as well as groceries and bread.
