Who are we?

Alexis Gindrat and Allan Vuitel, two butchers by profession and above all good epicureans, which is why we decided to set up our catering business in 2024. 

We attach great importance to working with fresh, local produce. At the same time we also have a butcher's shop with slaughterhouse, which allows us to have quality meat and use our home-made products for our catering service.
