In 1998, we took over the Bernhard bakery in Fontenais and Porrentruy.

Then in March 2013, we opened a bakery-patisserie tea-room at chemin des Vagnniers 13 in Porrentruy.

In October 2014, a bakery-patisserie tea-room also saw the light of day in Courgenay.

Then, on July 1, 2023, we created the boulangerie du Château in Fontenais.

Since then, they have been a great success with local residents.

M.Hans holds a CFC in bakery-patisserie-confectionery, is passionate about his trade, and will realize your requests with great pleasure, originality and professionalism.

The bakery-patisserie Bernhard succ Hans Marianne & Stéphane perpetuates tradition with sourdough breads, spelt breads whose flour comes from the region, wholemeal breads, cereal breads, beer breads etc....vienoiseries, cakes of every originality but also homemade pralines and ice creams.
