In 1998, we took over the Bernhard bakery in Fontenais and Porrentruy.

Then, in March 2013, we opened a bakery, pastry shop, and tea room at 13 Chemin des Vagnniers in Porrentruy.

In October 2014, a bakery, pastry shop, and tea room also opened in Courgenay.

Then, on July 1, 2023, we created the Château bakery in Fontenais.

Since then, they have been a huge hit with the locals.

Mr. Hans, who holds a CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) in baking, pastry making, and confectionery, is passionate about his work and will fulfill your requests with great pleasure, originality, and professionalism.

The Bernhard succ Hans Marianne & Stéphane bakery and pastry shop continues the tradition with sourdough breads, spelt breads made with flour from the region, wholemeal breads, multigrain breads, beer breads, etc., as well as pastries, original cakes, pralines, and homemade ice cream.
