Taking care of your body also means taking care of your soul.

For the past fourteen years, my main motivation has been to help people free themselves and rediscover who they are deep down, just as I myself have done.

Concerned with being able to consider the whole person,I offer a holistic approach (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual).

To achieve this, I have undergone various training courses with schools of therapeutic approaches such as

kinesiology, helping relationships, energetics.
