Taking care of your body also means taking care of your soul.

For fourteen years, my main motivation has been to help people free themselves and rediscover who they really are, as I myself have done.

Keen to consider the person as a whole, I offer a holistic approach (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual).

To this end, I have completed various training courses at schools specializing in therapeutic approaches such as

kinesiology, counseling, and energy healing.
