The nursing services guaranteed by Nadia Togni are designed to ensure the patient's good mental and physical balance in every situation, also taking into account the requests of family members. The nursing service is fine-tuned from an objective assessment of the patient's needs, and includes activities such as personal hygiene, undressing and dressing, and daily monitoring of key vital parameters, such as blood pressure, heart rate, saturation, temperature, and weight. Activities performed by the health worker also include wound dressing and anti-decubitus prevention.

Other services include:

• mobilization, transfers and positioning in the bed;
• lower limb bandages and application/removal of elastic stockings;
• injections and withdrawals;
• blood glucose measurement;
• preparation and administration of medication;
• nutrition via PEG probe;

The costs of services are covered by the health insurance fund (LaMal - art.7 Opre). The patient bears only the costs of the deductible and 10%. The invoice issued by the nurse is sent directly to the health insurance fund.

Independent nurse

Nadia Togni graduated as a nurse in 2011 and then worked in long-term care facilities for senior citizens. Since 2019, she has been offering home nursing services in Tenero and the rest of the Locarno province. The professional follows patients with utmost care and absolute discretion, ensuring a good and safe nursing service that is available at all times and easy to access.
