Meier Daniel Treuhand AG

Our office was originally founded in the fall of 1963 by Dr. jur. A. Keller as a limited partnership.

In the fall of 1983, A. Bischof joined the company, gradually took over the management, and, as part of a succession plan, acquired all of Dr. A. Keller's shares on January 1, 1990. The company continued under the name Dr. Keller & Partner AG, based in Baden.

On January 1, 1997, a reorganization took place to relieve the previous managing director, with Mr. Daniel Meier, a former member of the executive team with many years of experience in trust management, taking over both the management and all shares of Dr. Keller & Partner AG.

Activities

It is our long-term goal to provide high-quality services at competitive rates in the following areas:

• Accounting and auditing

• Tax, legal, and business consulting

• Property and inheritance law

• Tax returns

• Company formations, conversions, and restructurings

• Support with succession planning and company acquisitions and sales.

According to our HR entry, we meet the professional requirements as "particularly qualified auditors" in accordance with Art. 727 lit. 6 OR. We maintain long-term relationships with both our clients and our employees. Our consulting services are also geared toward long-term optimization. After 10 years of successful operation, the name was changed to Meier Daniel Treuhand AG on January 1, 2007.
