The trust company was founded in 1983. The former sole proprietorship was transformed into today's SK Treuhand AG in 1989. At the end of 2012, SK Treuhand AG moved to the Surb office building.
On January 1, 2022, SK Beratung AG was founded with a location at Zentrum Schmitte, also in Lengnau.
