L'art-thérapie

Want to get to know yourself better, to work on a difficulty such as a loss of meaning in life, grief, psychological tension, chronic pain or lack of self-confidence? art therapy can be a good tool for you.

At the workshop, Isabelle Plomb Gafner offers painting, collage, clay, sand play, storytelling as well as other media. Creation allows you to initiate movement and connect with your life force. Production sheds new light on the situation and enables it to evolve.

Art therapy is aimed at children, teenagers, adults as well as the elderly. Art therapy sessions can be done alone or in a group, see the "Art therapy" tab.

I chose to call the MOUSSE qui ROULE workshop for this reason.

Creative workshops

Sarah Stékoffer offers workshops for adults 1 evening a month. The grand mousski offers a moment of freedom and sharing, because it just feels good to create. More details under the "Creative workshops" tab.

Art therapy sessions

We start with a short discussion before I suggest that the person put into shape what's on their mind with paint, collage, clay, plaster sculpture, sand play or another means of expression suited to their situation.

We then take the time to look together at what has been created, discuss it and sometimes the person is invited to modify it.

An individual session costs 120.- / hour.  A member of APSAT, I am accredited by the ASCA Foundation and registered with the RME. This allows partial reimbursement of sessions by the majority of complementary health insurances covering natural medicines and alternative approaches.

Storytelling Workshops

The workshop proceeds as follows:

1. Creative welcome and presentation

2. Children listen to a tale

3. A tale is invented by the participants.

4. The new tale is put into image or form by the children

5. I tell the tale as it was created by the participants

This storytelling workshop concept is taken from the "Parole d'enfants" association in Liège, with whom I trained. By inventing a story with a happy ending, the child is set in motion and is able to make a positive change in a seemingly complicated situation. In this way, children nurture their confidence in life and develop their creativity. Giving concrete form through drawing or modeling will enable the child to anchor this change.

Dates : Wednesday, July 6, 2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm

Price: 30.- per session. 50 for two children from the same family

The number of children per workshop will be 5 to 8 participants
