I offer group fitness classes, personal training and coaching.
In my Antara® classes, you strengthen your core muscles and work on an attractive posture, as well as more core and joint stability.
In Power Yoga you train your strength and flexibility and coordinate the exercises with your breath. At the end of the class, immerse yourself in deep relaxation and treat your body and mind to a little time out.
In the outdoor Cardio-Fit class, you'll love the varied combination of endurance training, strength, balance and stretching exercises, and you'll feel the positive effects after just a few sessions.
My entire group course offer is certified and therefore recognized by numerous health insurance companies. Please contact me and I will be happy to advise you.
Personal training
If you value training that is tailored to your individual needs, you can book personal training.
After a location analysis, we will discuss and define your individual training goals together. You will receive a training plan tailored to your goals, which you can carry out together with me in personal training or for yourself at home or at your usual training location.
I also offer home visits (consultation & personal training) in Ehrendingen and the surrounding area.
