Welcome to the Einsiedeln dairy's gastronomic experience.

Pamper yourself with culinary delights in our restaurant. Enjoy traditional, local and regional cuisine. Your visit will be a unique experience with a view into the processing rooms of the milk factory. The mountain dairy products produced in-house are used in our hearty dishes.

Show dairy

Our show dairy is open from Monday to Sunday. You can take a look inside the show dairy free of charge via the show ramp and the display windows of the restaurant. Take a look over the shoulders of our master cheesemakers and see what can be made from Einsiedeln mountain milk.

In our Regio Shop you will find fresh products for your daily needs. In addition to milk and cheese products, you will find fresh bread from Einsiedler Beck as well as Einsiedler meat products and specialties from local farmers.
