My role is to help you discover the levers of your difficulties and strengths and to give you the tools to regain the full capacity to create your life - as a free and responsible being.

Sometimes, trauma resulting from a difficult experience can prevent you from making the journey on your own. I'm with you to get through and transform these blocks into new assets.

Depending on the needs of each individual, I use one or other of the approaches, and this may differ from session to session. I also accompany you as a couple, separated or together.
