all grapes are produced & processed on our estate. the wines are vinified & matured in the winery in the middle of the vineyard. white wines are matured on site in steel tanks. the red wines mature in large wooden barrels and barriques in the communal cellar in the small town of erlach.

the tasting room is located next to the community cellar and offers you a special ambience for your wine purchase.

culinary offers
your visit to the erlach estate the rebgut hasenlauf in erlach organizes various culinary events in summer and winter, where you can enjoy our wine with a good meal. Our stylish carnotzet cellar with old wooden barrel tables can accommodate up to 25 people. In summer, there is also a covered terrace with a fireplace for 40 people.

For groups of up to 40 people, we offer treberwurst from january to mid-march in the beautiful community cellar in the middle of the small town of erlach. No events can take place after pascha until the end of november due to the grape harvest, grape processing and läset-sunntige erlach.
