Traditional Treberwurst meal

The specialty from Lake Biel and a tradition of our family. A saucisson cooked on marc (grape marc) in the months of January and February, when the master distillers distil our delicious Marc.

We will serve you our delicious "Treberwurst" with potato salad and bread.

Whether you would like to organize the educational vineyard trail (Twann - Ligerz) or a guided vineyard tour from our cellar, we will be happy to support and accompany you. An aperitif afterwards rounds off your excursion to Schernelz.

Rebberg

Chasselas

Character

With its neutral character, Chasselas is strongly influenced by the soil conditions. This light-colored wine is delicate, fruity and unfolds a fine lime blossom taste, citrus fruits and acacia can also be felt.

Pairs well with

Fish, white meat, cheese fondue and raclette. Excellent as an aperitif wine because it is fresh and drinkable.

Riesling - Sylvaner

Character

The Riesling x Sylvaner is a tasty white wine with a greenish to light yellow color, floral scent with grass and nutmeg notes and a fresh, aromatic taste.
