About our cheese shop:

The cheese shop in the center of Eschenbach, in the beautiful Seetal valley, has been around for around 40 years. In their own cheese dairy, Toni Hodel and his team use their expertise and passion to produce delicious Emmentaler AOP, pasteurized milk, and yogurt in a variety of flavors. Toni's wife Cornelia has run the shop for the last 25 years. In May 2023, I, Simona Brunner, took over the cheese shop from Cornelia and Toni Hodel.

Mmmmm... everyone loves this classic! We've got you covered for your next fondue party. Our popular house fondue mix is available in various sizes. Pick it up, heat it up at home, and enjoy!

Are you missing a few caquelons for your fondue party? No problem! We have 20 caquelon sets including forks available for rent. Caquelon set rental: CHF 10.00. We look forward to your order by phone, in person at the store, or right here.

RACLETTE

Enjoyment and coziness – whether in a convivial group or in intimate togetherness: Raclette is perfect for a cozy evening, and not just in winter! Available from us all year round in the following flavors: Natural, Pepper, and Paprika. Depending on the season, we always have new and interesting flavors. Come by and let us surprise you.

Don't feel like waiting forever for the cheese to finally melt? We have the solution! With our raclette turbo oven, the cheese is ready in no time.
