But this is precisely the specialty of Chäs-Hütte in Meierskappel, Lucerne: yoghurt, cheese and dairy products made from buffalo milk - and in the best organic quality to boot. The rare organic milk is supplied by Biohof Breiten in Rotkreuz and Riedenholzhof in Zurich-Affoltern, and is processed directly at the Chäs-Hütte into pasteurized buffalo milk, buffalo yoghurt and buffalo mozzarella. Quality is at the forefront of Chäs-Hütte's creations - and this includes fair working conditions for employees as well as fair conditions for suppliers.

Milk is a very high-quality food
From milk production to processing and distribution, only the best is good enough. For this reason, the milk is collected daily from the producers. In addition to daily quality control, short storage and transportation times guarantee us an excellent raw product.
