The 3.5-hectare vineyard is located in two communes, Eysins and Coinsins, in the heart of the Côte region in the canton of Vaud. A dozen grape varieties are grown here. Each plot is unique and the winemaker must exploit it to the full, taking into account the topology of the soil, the exposure, the age of the vines...

The climate of the Lake Geneva basin and the soils help to produce fruity, often powerful wines with a fine mineral straightness.

The vines are grassed and the between-lines mechanically weeded, thus avoiding the use of chemical weedkillers. The vine roots thus seek their resources deeper in the soil, settle and are therefore less sensitive to climatic hazards and more resilient.

The vines are protected with inputs authorized for organic farming. The harvest is entirely manual with the aim of preserving the quality of the bunches.

The small size of the Domaine allows for patience. Harvesting is launched only when we feel the grapes are ready. Respect for ripeness is essential to the production of quality wines.

The red wines have a very special character.

Red wines possess character and seduce with elegance. White wines are fashioned in a fruity manner, favoring freshness and vitality.
