Located in the heart of the Côte vaudoise region, Cave des Ruaz is a family-run winery. It owes its origins to Ernest Dupraz. In the 1940s, this enterprising man bought a few parcels of vines and a barn below the village of Vinzel, which he transformed into a dwelling house with cellar. In 1979, Jean-Daniel took over his grandfather's estate. Driven by a passion for viticulture and innovative ideas, he gradually planted new grape varieties.

From 2018, Fabien took over the family estate. After studying oenology, he worked alongside his father for several years. It is a great honor for him to be the third generation of Cave des Ruaz winemakers and to perpetuate this beautiful family history.
