• Psychological counseling

The basis of my psychological work is transactional analysis according to Dr. Eric Berne and body-oriented process support (IBP)

An in-depth examination of yourself and the challenges that life brings with it - whether in the event of a crisis in your personal life, in your family or in your partnership - is the basis for your satisfaction and vitality.

This also includes working through trauma as well as resolving panic attacks and regulating emotions.

• Supervision / coaching

Reflecting and optimizing your own actions in the field of work is central to your professional competence and is crucial for your well-being.

• Relaxation coaching/burnout advice

In order to avoid burnout - which can be the result of prolonged stress - it is important to recharge your batteries. Through targeted relaxation methods and mental exercises, you will learn to calm down even in stressful phases of your life. This coaching is also suitable for sleep disorders, nervousness, lack of concentration, etc. I work in individual sessions and in group courses.

I regularly offer workshops and courses on a wide variety of topics: e.g

• Deep relaxation (autogenic training / yoga nidra / PMR)
• Meditation (mindfulness / Tibetan Buddhist approach)
• Psychological topics (self-love / burnout prevention / reorientation / setting boundaries etc)
• Body-centered courses (holistic body training / yin yoga)
• Training as a course instructor for deep relaxation methods
