L'Atelier Chocolat Sàrl

It all began in December 2006, when Blaise Krayenbühl opened Atelier Chocolat in Vuarrens. For ten years, he passionately crafted gourmet chocolate creations there before moving his workshop to the charming village of Fey. It is there that Atelier Chocolat continues to keep the artisanal tradition alive today.

At the end of 2024, Mr. Krayenbühl will take his well-deserved retirement. From October 1, 2024, Aurélia Magnin will take over the chocolate shop with the desire to perpetuate this expertise, while adding her own personal touch. She will offer new creations, always made with the same care and high standards of quality.

We offer an assortment of fine chocolates that combine quality, originality, and freshness, while exploring new creative avenues. Our range also includes the essential classics: creamy truffles, crunchy giandujas, melt-in-the-mouth pavés, and much more, all made on site with great care. During the festive season, we add to our creations with tiered cakes and moulded chocolates that delight young and old alike.

For your special events—birthdays, weddings, corporate gifts—we are at your disposal to design personalized assortments that will mark the occasion with a touch of refinement.

Since the summer of 2023, our expertise has expanded to include sorbets, made with fresh local fruit or Grand Cru chocolates, offering intense freshness and summertime pleasure.

Finally, for those who love to discover new things, we organize tasting and creation workshops. These convivial moments allow you to immerse yourself in the world of chocolate, learn how to work with this noble ingredient, or simply savor the different nuances of cocoa.
