Plastering

"Wet plaster" refers to all types of plaster that are mixed with water or have been mixed with water.
These include the following products:

– Base plaster
– White plaster (gypsum, lime, or cement-based)
– Skim coat for interior and exterior
– Spray plasters

Plaster is used to finish rooms and building exteriors. It also serves a practical purpose.

Drywall

Modern drywall construction offers market-defining advantages in many respects:

– Efficient and cost-effective construction
– High flexibility in planning and use
– Individual design freedom and variety
– Higher quality with increased standards for sound insulation and energy efficiency
– The ability to easily adapt to the changing needs of space users
– Preservation of the property’s value over its entire lifespan

Walls
Lightweight drywall stud walls are non-load-bearing and are used as single or double stud walls. These constructions are suitable for new construction as well as for conversions and renovations.

Ceilings
Gypsum board panels that are mounted directly onto concrete, wood, or metal substructures in new construction, conversions, and renovations.

With these extremely lightweight constructions, remarkably high fire and sound insulation values can be achieved.

Facade insulation

In the facade sector, we primarily offer various systems of plastered exterior thermal insulation. These systems have proven themselves over the past 50 years as seamless, efficient, and cost-effective facade insulation solutions.

A wide range of proven insulation boards (EPS, XPS, mineral wool, cork, etc.) with varying thermal insulation performance is available.

Likewise, many innovative product developments are currently underway in the field of high-performance thermal insulation. These aerogel mats and vacuum insulation panels, as well as combined products, exhibit thermal conductivity that is several times better than that of conventional insulation materials.

Thermal insulation plaster is also a suitable option for exterior applications. This jointless plaster coating can adapt to even irregular and curved substrates.

Subfloors

Anhydrite self-leveling screeds are poured over thermal or impact sound insulation or a separating and insulating layer. They are installed as a floating screed. They serve as the base for all types of floor coverings and, in some cases, are sealed as the final finish.
The installation height is between 5 cm and 6 cm. Drying times depend on ventilation and the heating of the floor.

Stucco

Stucco is a high-quality and excellent design element for giving your living space a unique ambiance.

It is available in traditional forms, but also in very modern styles, where room lighting can usually be integrated.

Stucco profiles can be selected from a catalog as wall, ceiling, corner, and transom profiles, or we can produce any desired profile cross-section by constructing a pulling template on the table.

Castings and reproductions are also possible and can be executed in many different ways.

Acoustics

Acoustic coatings
In the field of plastering, there are various applications:
– On the one hand, there is the traditional acoustic spray plaster, which is usually applied in four layers to create the largest possible porous surface. The surface texture is quite coarse as a result, similar to a trowel-finished plaster.
– Alternatively, there are special acoustic plasters that are usually applied to a mineral wool backing board using a smoothing technique. The visual appearance is almost identical to that of white plaster (smooth plaster).

Acoustic Cladding
Here, drywall systems with perforated gypsum panels offer very modern and attractive design options.

Mostly designed as suspended ceiling cladding with round, square, or random perforations, they can meet the requirements for reverberation control.

In a few cases, these cladding systems are even used as wall cladding, though this is only possible for limited applications.
