Plastering work

Wet plaster refers to all plasters that are mixed or blended with water.
These are the following products:

- Base plaster
- White plaster (gypsum, lime or cement-based)
- Abrasive interior and exterior
- Spray plaster

Plasters are used to finish rooms and building envelopes. They also fulfill a practical purpose.

Drywall construction

Modern drywall construction offers decisive market advantages in many respects:

- Rational and cost-efficient construction
- High planning and usage flexibility
- Individual design freedom and variety
- Higher quality with increased quality requirements for sound insulation and energy balance
- The ability to easily adapt to the changing needs of room users
- Maintaining the value of the property over its entire lifespan

Walls
Light stud walls in drywall construction are non-load-bearing and are used as single or double stud walls. These constructions are suitable for new builds as well as conversions and renovations.

Ceilings
Gypsum plasterboard panels which are fixed directly to concrete, wood or metal substructures in new builds and conversions as well as renovations.

These extremely lightweight constructions can achieve astonishing fire and sound insulation values.

Facade insulation

We primarily offer various systems of plastered external thermal insulation for facades. These systems have proven themselves for 50 years as a seamless, efficient and cost-effective façade insulation system.

A wide range of proven insulation boards (EPS, XPS, mineral wool, cork, etc.) with different thermal insulation performance is available.

Many innovative product developments are also currently underway in the field of high-performance thermal insulation. These aerogel mats and vacuum insulation panels, as well as combined products, have several times better thermal conductivity than conventional insulating materials.

Heat insulation plaster is also available for exterior applications. This seamless plaster coating can also adapt to irregular and curved substrates.

Underlay floors

Anhydrite screed is poured onto thermal or impact sound insulation or a separating and insulating layer. They are installed floating. They are the basis for all possible top coverings and in some cases sealed as a final covering.
The installation height is between 5 cm and 6 cm. Drying times depend on ventilation and heating of the floor.

Stucco

Stucco is a valuable and excellent design tool to give your living space an individual ambience.

It is available in traditional forms, but also in a very modern style, where room lighting can usually be integrated.

Stucco can be selected from the catalog as wall, ceiling, corner and transom profiles, but we can also produce any desired profile cross-section by building a drawing template on the table.

Casts and reproductions are also possible and can be produced in many different ways.

Acoustics

Acoustic coatings
There are various applications in the plastering sector:
- On the one hand, there is the traditional acoustic spray plaster, which is usually sprayed on in four layers to form the largest possible and most porous surface. This gives the surface structure a rather coarse appearance, similar to a trowel-thrown plaster.
- Alternatively, there are special acoustic plasters, which are usually applied to a mineral wool carrier board using a smoothing technique. The visual appearance is almost the same as that of white plaster (smooth plaster).

Acoustic cladding
There are very modern and attractive design options based on drywall systems with perforated gypsum boards.

Mostly designed as suspended ceiling claddings with round, square or scattered perforations, they can meet the requirements for reverberation control.

In a few cases, these claddings are even designed as wall claddings, but this is only possible for limited uses.
