What does professional cleaning involve?
Cleaning with a handover guarantee includes thorough cleaning of the entire apartment. Some areas, such as cupboards and drawers, countertops, and appliances, also require thorough cleaning. Heavy soiling, such as in the kitchen or bathroom, is expected to be cleaned particularly thoroughly. Cleaning with a handover guarantee can take several hours, depending on the size of the room or apartment, and should meet all hygiene standards.
The checklist for move-out cleaning may include the following:
- Remove cobwebs
- Cleaning inside and outside of cabinets/drawers
- Cleaning and descaling the entire bathroom, including toilet, sink, tiled walls, bathtubs and shower trays, fittings, mirrors and mirror cabinets, and other fixtures.
- Cleaning of slatted blinds, roller shutters, or window shutters
- We clean the refrigerator/freezer, kitchen cabinets, the entire stove and oven, microwave, extractor fan, sink, dishwasher
- Cleaning of baseboards, sockets, doors, radiators, and lamps
- We clean all windows, including window sills, tracks, and blinds
- We clean sliding glass doors
- Vacuuming and damp mopping floors
- All corners are dusted (high/low).
- We clean your terrace/balcony area (using a high-pressure cleaner if necessary)
- Cleaning of ancillary rooms such as basements, attics, and garages (by separate agreement)

How does storage work?
