Depending on your request and needs, after a few consultations and if necessary, a treatment method will be chosen with you. This may be either psychotherapy or pharmacotherapy. It will also be possible to combine the two if necessary in order to achieve the best possible result.

The treatment plan is developed and modified with you at each stage, with the overall goal of restoring, improving, and preserving mental health.
