My name is Roger Droll, born on January 21, 1975.
I completed my apprenticeship as an electromechanic at SixMadun AG in Sissach. I worked at Enzler Reinigung AG in Pratteln for a year to bridge the gap until I went to recruit school. I then returned to the profession I had learned and worked for 10 years in the international area as a plant fitter.

Over the years, I was given more and more administrative tasks. This led me to further training as a technical businessman. After the 3-year apprenticeship, I was offered a job as a real estate manager at Spiti AG in Sissach. After 6 years, I changed employers and found a new challenge at Salathe Immobilien Treuhand AG in Hölstein.

Thanks to the extended work in the management of rental properties and condominiums, Salathe Immobilien Treuhand AG enabled me to complete further training as a real estate manager at the technical school in Altstetten and at the SVIT in Zurich. Graduating as a real estate manager with a federal certificate was another milestone.

I became self-employed with the purchase of an apartment building in Gelterkinden.
