Microkinesitherapy is an alleged manual assessment and treatment technique which aims to find, in the patient's body, the " traces " of traumatic events somatized, and to stimulate the areas concerned to trigger the natural self-correction mechanisms capable of eliminating them.
The biosynergy® is presented as an amalgam of relaxation and breathing techniques, and mind-body tools, derived from the East and the West, designed to help individuals combat stress and promote self-fulfillment.
Modern-day anxiety
Biosynergy was born in 1982, in France, in response to the ubiquitous stress of modern times. For over 20 years, a group of French researchers, led by Janine and Yves Ropars (the method's founders), studied problems such as anxiety, depression, loss of joie de vivre and exhaustion; they analyzed several holistic theories (body, emotions, mind) and tested multiple techniques purporting to combat these problems.

The rééducation posturale globale, or RPG, is a therapeutic approach in posturology developed by Philippe Emmanuel Souchard in the early 1980s, used by physiotherapists/physiotherapists.
Global postural rehabilitation is a holistic approach based on a principle of functional muscle chains. Moreover, this therapeutic approach uses progressive stretching postures, particularly of the static musculature : that which allows us to remain upright.
The aim of this approach will be not only to treat posture through stretching, but also to influence our body's motor and nerve function.
With experience, we even found that certain areas wererelated to the affective and emotional. So thanks to this technique, we're able to tell a person where they're hurting, and without knowing them, which is very surprising. Each "blockage" has a particular meaning.
