CUSTOM SALADS

Every day and according to the season, we suggest you compose the salad you want from a selection of six salad bases (batavia, spinach shoots, lamb's lettuce, mixed shoots, arugula or even organic pasta), 42 ingredients or "toppings" (smoked grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, avocado, crunchy green beans, parmesan shavings, ...) and 8 sauces. Gourmet pleasure versus light pleasure, classic ingredients versus new products from 5 continents, on the spot or to go, a lunch at Jour is first and foremost an infinite number of possibilities...!
