The Service de Santé de l'enfance et de la jeunesse (SSEJ) promotes health and quality of life, prevents health issues, and protects the integrity of children and youth in Geneva's public schools and early childhood institutions. Its main objectives are to inform and empower young people about health, screen for vision and hearing problems, and provide guidance for those with special needs or difficulties. The service addresses all aspects of health: physical, psychological, sexual, and social.
