CUSTOMIZED SALADS

Every day, depending on the season, we offer you the chance to create the salad you want from a selection of six salad bases (batavia, baby spinach, lamb's lettuce, mixed sprouts, arugula, or even organic pasta), 42 ingredients or "toppings" (smoked grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, avocados, crisp green beans, parmesan shavings, etc.) and 8 sauces.
