For over 25 years, Stefan Dasen has been a professional fisherman on Lake Bienne, offering daily fresh catches in his shop. Depending on the season, the assortment includes whitefish, perch, pike, burbot, and whitefish, as well as homemade smoked fish specialties and fish fondue platters. In addition to direct sales, the fishery offers a popular party service, preparing fresh fish crispies on-site for groups of 20 or more.
