Already as a child in the arms of my father, a skilled butcher pork butcher, I was maturing a passion for this beautiful profession, which led me in 1975 to follow in my father's footsteps. After about five years of practice at Mario Sciaroni's butcher shop in Bellinzona, I took over my father's butcher shop, which had been open in 1953 until 1957 and then leased to a third party until June 6, 1980. It was from this date that Frey's butcher shop opened its doors, with one worker employed by me, to arrive at celebrating 30 years, on June 6, 2010, with no less than 4 workers.
In my butcher shop I have always chosen the best for my customers, and it is with this motto that I have had wonderful satisfactions. Over the years I have always kept up to date by participating in various courses, which have come in handy in serving my customers in the best way.

The 30th year of business was celebrated on June 5, 2010, many customers attended the day dedicated to this event. During the aperitif, various grilled meat specialties and quality slices were served, all accompanied by music and merriment.
