having grown up in a family of restaurateurs and caterers on the coast of Normandy, I couldn't help but follow in their passionate footsteps. I have been based in Villars-Gryon in French-speaking Switzerland for several years now. My experience and love of cooking allow me to showcase all kinds of artisanal and regional products, with a French touch of French gastronomy.
