The manager has been working at the establishment for several years now. He completed his CFC (Certificate of Professional Competence) there, which he obtained in 2012.
Today, he is taking over from his predecessor to continue the tradition of artisanal expertise, particularly in the production of IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) certified products from the canton of Vaud, such as pâté en croûte, terrines, Vaudois cabbage sausage, and Vaudois salami.
All accompaniments are provided, and fresh fish is also available.
