We produce and sell delicacies made according to traditional baking methods every day with great passion, joy and dedication. Some products are traditionally baked according to old recipes from our great-grandfather. These specialties complement the delicious range of products that we spoil you with every day.

Raw materials

We take care of our raw materials and our environment. Sustainability is not a trend, but our future.

We source our raw materials mainly from Switzerland. The grain and flour we use to bake our breads and baked goods comes mainly from the Burgholz mill in the canton of Bern. Regionality is very important to us.
