With great passion, joy, and dedication, we produce and sell delicacies made according to traditional baking methods every day. Some products are baked according to old recipes handed down from our great-grandfather. These specialties complement the delicious range of products with which we spoil you every day.

Raw materials

We take care of our raw materials and our environment. Sustainability is not a trend, but our future.

We source our raw materials mainly from Switzerland. The grain and flour used to bake our bread and baked goods come mainly from the Burgholz mill in the canton of Bern. Regionality is very important to us.
