I, Peter Hämmerle, am a naturopath with TEN training. By TEN, we mean the traditional art of healing that has been practiced in our latitudes since time immemorial and is considered a true legacy of our ancestors. Literally, it is Traditional European Naturopathy, which has been attested in writing since 500 BC and is being rediscovered today as a resource. I am convinced that cooperation between conventional medicine and naturopathy is desirable. Modern science confirms the empirical findings of traditional naturopathy.

My principle: We live the humility that we are only a part of the whole and that healing can happen from the individual itself - in the sense of a body-mind-spirit process.
We work with herbal natural remedies in various forms of preparation (galenics), such as medicinal plant and herbal teas, tinctures, ointments, oils, powders, tablets and capsules. We do not use potentized medicines.
We are also a team of experienced chemists who carefully handcraft our range of house specialities in collaboration with the naturopathic practice.
